AE92 BLOWER FAN NOT WORKING

The demister fan on my Ae92 FXGT is intermittant, It has only ever worked on the 2 fastest speeds since I've owned it, and recently has been stopping altogether, any help greatly appreciated :-)

Not even work of full? Could be a $&#$% resistor pack.

my integra one filled up with water and hence stopped working

whats the electrical thing that varies voltage etc? solenoid or somthing?

either way im pretty sure if it has reduced to having a "on or off" rather than "off, 1, 2, 3, full on" thing then its just the little thingy that controls the voltage...

sorry i know i sound like a complete idiot but im pretty sure im right...

interesting , the fan in my ae92 only works on the 2 fastest speeds also
slightly annoying but I just put up with it

I have been until now, It gets real aanoying when it works on the way to a motorsport event, then when it comes time for scrutineering they wont let you race, (although they did last time)

blower fan

under the passangers side foot well, behind the glove box is a small box which is your resistor pack that controlls the fan speeds. It is after the blower fan and before the heater box (normally in the a/c evaporator box).Generally held in with 2 screws and will have 4 or 5 thick wires going to it.You will know when its the right one as when you remove it it will have a large alloy heat sink which is cooled by the air flow.Take it to the reckers or your local dealer cough up a wad of cash wack it back it and your sorted.
