c50 and c52 gearbox shifter

Hi

Right ive got a c50 from an aw11. Ive also got a c52 from a levin. I want to use the c52 in the aw11. Is it possible to use the c50 gearbox housing with the shifter on it already in the right position and just put the c52 internals in it? Or should I just mess around with my c52 to swap the shifter onto the other side.

there you go, some info on modifying the C52 to fit, if it helps

if you pull them apart you will end up with two shafts with all the gears on you should be able to swap them between the housings

I think ill drill the hole like ben said, also good to know that all the parts are interchangable, makes finding an lsd easier

dude theres been a brand new lsd on tardme for ages only fits c series, was a good price if i recall correctly

brand new from mr toyota is $1200, I dont know if revhead can do a better deal

FYI i changed the shifter location on the c52, was really easy, all I did was follow the instructions on the website.
