diff ratios MX83

douse any one know the diff ratio of a MX83 cressida with a 5M & manual as we are looking at putting a LSD that we have in it except its a MA70 supra 7M auto diff thats ither 4.1-1 or 4.2-1 i cant rembour but just want to know how much higher this would make the gearing

a manual 5m mx83??? there all 7m and a340e. The supra has a different diff housing to cressidas, mark 2's etc so unless you mod the mounting points your going to have to swap the internals over anyway, so may aswell swap the lsd onto your ratio

well its a 5M cresda diff any way i thort it was a MX83 (its at work il check when its home) tho well any way will the centre of the supra one bolt up to the cresidas crown wheel ect aslong as there both F series

ok it aint a mx83 if its a F code diff all the m engine x8's are G code diff. More likely mx73 and a manual one of those is rare! If there both F code they internals will swap over you need the lsd half-shafts or shorten you non lsd ones
