Im after some gaskets for the supercharger piping and went to repco, they didnt have any, so the guy rang toyota and they said they didnt have them either and they had to be cut from gasket paper, is it ok to use some sort of gasket sealant? as i already have some

Depends on what type of sealant.
Gasket paper isn't that expensive, and not hard to make gaskets from.
Just trace around the part or use a ball pein hammer.

Dont use sealant on a forced induction motor. make gaskets, thats what i did with mine.
