hi i have been told that when u got for a cert for a 4age turbo in non turbo cars u have 2 do brake upgrades?

i have a kp60 and am putting a 4agze turbo in it will i have to do a brake upgrade if so what will b the best fit for price and stuff

its allready 4age now and didnt need to get a brake upgrade

you just have to be able to stop 3 times in quick succesion from 100kmph with out getting brake fade. lvvta document here http://www.lvvta.org.nz/Brakes210502.pdf you can do an upgrade using u13 bluebird disks and sw20 calipers. http://au.geocities.com/quibel_nz/Evo3_02.htm. probably the easiest option.

I put carina/cressida struts+hubs+control arms in mine but its alot of messing around and your wheels wont fit under ur gaurds anymore.

good to see the caliper mounted upside down in the last picture. must be a real mongrel to bleed properly!!

Haha true. I had a clutch slave cylinder with the nipple on the bottom. I couldnt bleed it. I had to get a different one with the nipple on the top.

ha good point. they say right front on them but im guessing they mount on the back of the hub on an sw20??? in that case i spose you could put it on the left hand side to get the bleed facing up?

should work. maybe need to use a banjo fitting at the caliper or there will be a nasty bend ind the flexible line.
