Plastic plug sensor on factory air box Celica ?

Hello I am about to install a pod and air intake pipe onto my celica but there is a plug/sensor ? stuck into the side of factory air box what do i do with this once the box is removed ? Thanks

its an intake air temp sensor.. try fit it to the intake pipe sumhow. i dare say it will make f-all difference if u just unplug it an leave it but dont quote me on it.

as above, many people will tap into the new pipe, however, you 'may' notice no difference if you just leave it haning

pull it out of the stock airbox. pull the grommet too.

Then when you get the piping for the pod filter, drill a hole then stick the rubber grommet and sensor in
