well the toyota i setup without and also told the ms/cert guy about checked on it and said it dont also vtnz dont seem to have a problem with it to.

First of all VTNZ are $&#$% clowns!

When a WOF is issued it must be in accordance with the VIRM. So if you were to bring a car to me and I could see that ABS had be added or removed then it would not pass a WOF.

On the money! Yes if I have no way of knowing then I can't fail it of course. But if you are that good then there is a good chance it is a job well done and safe too!

I do believe you should always have everything cert'd just to cover your ass with insurance and other things - even if your conversion is as good as the factory could do.
