can i still get cert/warrent if i solid mount engine and box

you can but both engine and box have to be solid mounter/ rubber mounted. no mix and match

why on earth are you solid mounting it anyway?

all it will do is break stuff, trust me we've tried it.

eaiser option, its going into a s13 so everything is real close, clutch master ect, talked to a few ppl and they have solid mounted theirs and no prob, im just wondering if i can get a cert with it though. Cheers

If you think it will hit stuff, just get real stiff urethane mounts, and a brace to stop it rocking.
I just have ordinary urethane mounts and my engine doesn't budge.
Like Matt says, you will eventually break stuff if its solid mounted. And rubber or urethane mounts mean the alignment can be off a little and it will be fine. With solid mounts, brackets, etc everything will have to be spot on, or you get stresses and again, shit will break.
Solid mounts are for racing cars that get rebuilt often.
