Clearing Airbag warning light after removing dashboard

Hey, so in my stupidness I have figured out the hard way that if you remove the dash from a crown the airbag light stay on.

I have found the procedure to clear it, which is outlined here:

Same as LS/GS/SC lexus/toyota models.

Has anyone successfully done this before?? Apparently as a white guy I have no rhythm and couldn't get it to work. I'm going to buy a on/off/on switch from work tomorrow to make this more accurate. But failing that is there any other option?

Would a dealership have a diagnostic connector to clear this?

Was in search of bad caps in the dashboard, didn't dig deep enough so will need to take another look anyway...

Disconnecting the battery for half an hour doesn't work? Anyone with a half decent scanner should be able to clear it, dealer or not.

Stores in memory apparently disconnecting battery does jack! Wasn't sure if scan tools come with that Particular connector...

Looking at your link - they are little bit unclear.
My knowledge suggests that after connecting TC to AB on DLC1 -> IGN -> "ON" and waiting for 6 seconds then you connect Tc / Ab to E1 (which is ground) 3 times. I am just about to make this weekend convenient jumper wire with 3 pins and two fast knobs to do the trick.

I got it sorted, I think it was my timing. In the end I used the stopwatch function on my iPhone. Got it first pop. Made a switch using an on/off/on switch.
