True... But reserve capacity is number of mins at a draw rate of 20A until the battery reachs 10.8V (1.8V per cell)... For mine that's 120mins...
so 2 hours at 20A per hour... 40Ah... so that was actually done from the reserve cap... so it's 40Ah until battery reaches 10.8V....

780CCA is 780Amps across 10 sec, or 78 amps per second at 0 deg C (until battery reachs 10.2V)
1100MCA is 1100A across 10 secs or 110 amps per sec at 0 deg C...
Basically it can provide current quite effectively...
