A GT-Four with an exhaust, air filter and 14 psi which would only cost about $800 would do low to mid 14's and with a downpipe and either an RC WTA or 185 with a front mount will do a high 13. And for another $750 for a turbo upgrade you could be running mid 13's like ALLFOURS. Or you could just rip all your f**ken interior out like a mad man and run very low 13's.
