stuck on installing short sifter on my ae111 levin!

hey ive decided to put a short shifter in my levin...i took all the plastic suorndings away from the gear shifer, i then discontected both gear selectors but i dont no how to get the shifter out! the ball the shifter moves on is still stuck in the plastic cup! how bouts do i get it out???

you mean the ball of the shifter is still in the plastic cradle that bolts to the pedastal?

im talking about the ball approx half way down the shifter the bigest one!

yes, its still in the plastic cradle? use more grunt... it pops out

dose it pop out upwards like i pull, or downwards (push)??

are u sure it just pops out? i pulled that thing as hard as i could many many times and it wont go!!!

there are to pins going through the plitsic over that ig ball, do those pins have to come out?

theres slots in it..... try seperating them.....

pins in the cradle?? or do you mean the ones above and below the cradle?

your the one looking at it... surely you can see what needs to be done....

pull those pins out and then pull up dude , its not that hard man

i got one of the pins out but the other one wont come theres that stupid washer thing which is right hard up against the plastic..
