ke30 3tgte - engine mounts

Postby keseventy » Mon Oct 03, 2005 9:39 pm

ive found some ta22 2t mounts but do i need the rubber mounts with the stud on either side or the metal bracket that originally bolts onto the 2T engine block?

You need to mod your crossmember, do a search.

They don't line up properly and the oil drain from the turbo does not suit the TA22 mounts.

bolted straight into my crossmember. but as mentioned the oil drain is abit of an issue. i actually got 1 custom made (bit of a bitch) u would b better off to block the factory oil return and but a plug into the sump like how they setup the oil return on the 4age turbo's.
