how do you mean "overflowing" the Turbo? as its flowing into the housings or leaking at the fittings? or flanges? what you mean?

pretty common problem

you'll either need to fit a restrictor in the oil feed line or goto the smallest feed line you can get away with or even do both.

As for return line, do the opposite, go larger. Its not coming out at some crazy angle and having go up etc is it?

Someone on here will be able to provide exact sizes for ya

im sure the return is fine i used commin sence to figure gravity and size would help the return so what do people use to restrict the feed line ????

I just got mine up and running, using -3 supply and 19mm return, Its a bush turbo, my supply taps into a flange, Im am getting very slight leakage past the gasket im using exhaust flange stuff with sealant on the outer edge, Ive noticed some guys tap the fitting straight into the housing, maybe to avoid this problem? Some other guys may be able to shed more light on the subject.

I think you need a 40 thou restrictor on the feed.

Else too much oil gets in the bearing housing and goes past the seals.

BB dont have that problem.

i usually use either 5/8 or 3/4 drain lines. and as close as i can to the top of the sump.

i use 1/4 supply lines with 9/16 jic fittings, and never had a problem.

what turbo is it? skyline ceramic t3?

You probably need a restrictor in the oil feed, try 3mm. Some of the Nissans go as small as 1.8mm I think
If it doesn't fit, force it.
If it breaks it needed replacing anyway!

If you havent already, then get another rocker cover with the outlet for
releiving crankcase pressure, or get your cover modified with another
outlet. Definately helped with my turbo setup, doenst smoke at all after
I got another rocker cover outlet and got a 2mm restrictor installed
on the oil feed.
