Well I need to wire in a sr20 ignitor so I can use it for the link im going to be running.

But first I need to know what the factory ignitor wires are, earth power etc...

Heres a pic.

Can anyone help?

I think most of the colours should be the same, just one out put and no toggle.

most colours wont apply till there in the engine loom

in most cases pinouts looking like this from the ignitor side of the plug with pins towards you READING RIGHT TO LEFT! FROM TOP

1 IGF ignitor fired (Black yellow)
2 IGT ignitor fire (Black white)
3 B+ POWER FEED > to EFI MAIN RELAY (black red)
4 TACHO (black)

COIL should be on its own feed

brown as always = ground

nope. in this case brown/tan is the 12v feed.. :lol:

But I have it sorted now anyway...

have you pulled the igniter apart to expose those wires?

That eye looks like it's meant to be earthed into the case.

Cant tell from there but they are usually labelled on the underneath of the moulded plastic plug from factory without disassembly.

then the moulded part just out of the pic should have some abbreviations on it. post them up and I will tell you what they mean.
