20v block + 16v head?

so i bought a 20v to replace the 3au in my ae85, ran into the firewall + dizzy issue. Since im not keen on hacking the firewall and i dont have the coin to fork out for aftermarket computer and coil setup I have started thinking...
Does a 16v head (and rwd intake) fit onto a 20v block?

Im not sure what 16v would work so im open to suggestions - easiest is usually the best though.
So even if that is possible what about the computer? Would I need to run a 16v or would the 20v computer work fine?
And then what about the Air Sensor? the 20v I have is off a 101 so its AFM from memory...

Any help here would be magic. I have googled and searched here but when 99 pages of results come up the first 20 pages forced me to here.
