89 Corona rr window not working

The rear window on my daily hack is not working. Has been like this since I bought it and am going to fix it. When the switch is pressed, there is power being drained as far as I can tell due to the dimming of the ignition lights.

Will it be just the motor that has failed or will I need something else (regulator?).

As a start I would try cleaning up the motor (bush) contacts as well as lube up the moving parts of the mechanism and the window slides. See where that gets you.
