Yep thats the normal way but on the SC14 conversion onto other motors its easier to fit a smaller pulley to the supercharger which effectively does the same thing. But all the smaller pulleys I've seen have just been a normal pulley ie no clutch, so its on all the time.
Infact Im pretty sure there are 2 different diameter supercharger clutch pulley's, the later ones being smaller.
