Are you talking about the lower suspension balljoint or the outer tie-red end for the steering?

it could be altezza as the lower balljoint is part of the steering arm/knuckle on those.

Looks like MR2 but it's been awhile since I've looked under my car.

talking about the lower ball joint.

Yea i think its off an altezza, but dont have one to look at, let alone an mr2 hub.

You think its off an other mr2? Obviously not the same type as the original sits higher above it as you can see in the pic

definately not an altezza lower balljoint. as you can see in the toyodiy schematic, the outer lower balljoint assembly (43330k R/H and 43340a L/H) bolts onto the lower of the hub and has the mount for the outer tierod built in. the ball joint points 'down'.

In the picture you have supplied, the balljoint is bolted to the lower arm, and the ball joint is pointing 'up'.

The balljoint in the pic you have supplied is more similar to a caldina/corolla lower balljoint.

When in doubt, down and out.

Wait... your right, the ball joint faces the wrong way.... It needs to bolt to the lower control arm and then have the steering arm off it and bolt to the hub....

Unless theres another part that goes between the lower ball joint and the lower control arm...?...?

Its not off a ke70, but is simular. The factory st165 balljoints may even fit it, which would be ssssuper cool.

Its close to a MX73 one
