Hi having a problem wiring a celica after market stereo its the model with the super surround system in it so the wiring is different from standard.

I don't want to remove the factory amp box just want to wire it up so anyone ever figure out the colours of the two plugs?

Toyota's have 2 plugs. 4prong (red white yellow and back) is your rear, and bigger main one with blue/yellow (constant),grey (acc) and brown (earth). cant member the fronts colours etc.

PM DeeCee off these forums, he should be able to help. Or take a clear picture and post it up.
I had vtax :(

The original stereo you are removing does not have an anp in it and will not drive speakers, it only puts out a very low level signal.

That also means the amp does not accept speaker level inputs,
so you cannot hook up a standard pioneer etc etc stereo to the existing amp.

Been there, tried that, doesn't work.
