+1 for the foam sections.

ae101s come with them factory, tucked down behind the rear passengers interior arm plastic bits, tucked in a cavity there, follow the top of the rear wheel well.

bought a bunch of other stuff from pickapart and they didnt even charge to take a few with me? - guess they are not worth much as scrap.

as I had damaged the plastic bit and had it out - they made a significant difference - I've just left them in there as they weigh bugger all and are worth nothing.

point being you can do it youself, and cheaply - whereas the dynamats more expensive and requires other people to do it = $$ in labour.

but I havent used it so it might be worth the money? ... up to you...

if you can apply cellotape to a piece of paper, you can apply dynamat

no need to pay any one to do it,

Put it this way, I lost half the sound through vibration before I applied the sound dampening material.

This is in my BZT Carib.
I don’t think I could have made a better investment.

yea works great . i have lots in my gtz trueno . quietens lots and great mid bass in front doors . same in my gfs legacy wagon . and also worked great in front doors of r34 skyline i did. no bulk packs left in stock at supplier current reship due 3rd sep. if u cant find any . i sell it on trademe when in kiwiland
