As increasing the rolling circumference more than a small margin is illegal and just generally not a very good idea, I fail to see how an appropriately sized 15" wheel and tire combo (e.g 195/50/15's) is going to result in any difference (other than visual I suppose) in ride height.
You should try bolting on my set of Racing Hart CP-035's with 205/50/15's and see what you think. Take it for a fang and then tell me you don't want 15's
BTW I bought those for $700 with brand new Toyo T1R's, there are plenty of NICE, original Japanese performance wheels out there. Psssst, check honda forums :p
