Super Strut Suspension Part Numbers

HELP! HELP!
I am from Canada and I own a modified AE101 Corolla with a Levin SS Powertrain and suspension. Unfortunately the trailing lower control arm on the left side (left when sitting in the car) is bent. I can not get the parts here in Canada unless I have Part Numbers. Currently my car is EATING CV Shafts at a rate of one every two weeks! Could anyone please help me by getting the part numbers (and descriptions) for the components of the "Super Strut" Suspension. As far as I know there is only one super strut suspension setup. If it helps I believe that the parts came from a 94,95 Levin SS.

get hold of Mr Revhead on here, he can help with part numbers, and can also source aftermarket ones for about 50% of the price of toyota genuine parts.. since i doubt toyota canada will have them in stock it might be quicker getting them from him anyways.
