Yeah, bought these mags with a fair bit of damage, but they are a good quality wheel. So got them stripped and sent them off to Ace Metal polishers in Otahuhu. Got them back on tuesday, and lashed out morgage and put new tyres on them today.
REALLY impressed with the tyres! I wasnt expecting much coming from a FM901, but they are the shiz, they are quieter, better riding, and handel very well! So in all I'm TOTALLY STOKED with the end result...

Got them done by Ace Metal Polishing in Otahuhu. Set me back $300, which is friggen cheap in comparison to other places and also considering the damage they had prior :P

is that $300 for the set (4 wheels)? Did yours have curbing as well? IF not, Do they repair curbings? if so how much. and how long did it take to do yours? thanks

yup $300 for the set of four, curbing yes, plenty of it!, and more! I got them polished, cuz it works out heaps cheaper than "repairing" :P :lol: :wink:
