another exhaust question

ive got a 2.5' system from the flexi back and it branches off into two 2.25' baffled mufflers with 2.25' tubing from the branch. Ive only got one resonator but im sick of the noise, its too loud and its real raspy. am i better to put another long as resonator in or put like a 2' muffler in? would putting the 2' muffler in effect performance much? what have you GTZ owners done with yours?

mines got a 2 1/4 2 resonators up front and a muff at the back. sounds good and no tinny and raspy noise.
if you put in another muffler its going to sound even louder and shitier..

na i mean put a 2' muffler in the middle not at the back, ive been told that would quieten it down a bit

yeah just stick a decent reso in there.

Mine was 2 and 1/2 inch str8 from turbo back to muffler (via flexi) and it was pretty dam loud. Put one decent resonator in there and shes pretty queit now.

Whats the longest 2.5' resonator you can get? I think the one i have in their at the mo is about 600 long

ok been into pitstop, got the choice of two resonators both perforated, ones straight through the other has a chamber inside it. which would be better to stop the raspyness?
