what to look 4 when buying 20v

im in the process of buying a 20v levin with 140kms it 91.
Its seems well looked afta what should i b looking for in terms of potential problems apart from cv's??

what is wrong with corolla cv's? a cv is a cv, they wear out on every car. they only reason they would wear out faster than usual is if all the grease disappeared (split boot).

First order of business would be a compression check, it will generally reflect how the car has been treated in the past.

definitely have a real good look listen and feel when you use the gearbox(if it is manual ) cos the syncros go with hard use, and it gets a bit crunchy when you change gears, you will feel and hear this real easy.
If it is black or red, have a real good look at the paint under sunlight, if it has small dots of light patches it could start to strip the clearcoat off( but it would have shown up by now)

if its super strut Check it twice i belive its NOT cheap to replace or repair.. were talkin Hundreds of bucks or so
