cressida bcos i can get it for cheap as, im not worried about certing as its gunna go in sumtime next year to get certed anyway, so will hold off doing the swap till next year, and i hate the leaf setup!!! i want coils.

the day before our track day at taupo the capri car club had a race day
i went along for a look and there in the pits is a bright yellow dx wagon
race car running turbo 4age he had chucked the old rear leaves
and fabricated what looked like strut towers in the rear that were incorperated into the roll cage bracing MAN that was one fast dx
i think the number plates said boostd and handled really well

your best friend now is mr tape measure.... measure things up and see what will need changing.
im doing something simalar to my chevette (when i get time!) but easier for me cause im changing to sedan rear floor.gunna have to cut out the wheel wells and weld in the ones from the sedan, then connect them to the cage when (if) it goes in. youll have to do the same. and cert will need to be done. also may need to fit a new brake bias valve as the cressida brakes will screw those up, then youll have a diff stud pattern fr/rr and youll need to modify the drive shaft to fit the different diff yoke youl need.
oh and you may need extra bracing etc to match the diff mounting points. not impossible though, i say go for it! AFTER using mr tape measure..
