upon re-installing the turbos etc on my 1g i noticed the hoses from the turbos to i/c are split.
Is the rubber used on these a higher temp then for example radiator hoses?
Also, where can I either get some replacement rubber or silicone ones?

You should be using silicone hose I always get it from a truck spares shop as they have it by the inch and cheaper than anywhere else as they sell heaps for truck turbos

Alert Engineering/Motorsport, Mt Wellington for Samco else try Herbert Fabrication on the Shore for SFS silicon hosing.
