can u get a WOF if u have 1 side mirror?

well sum bastard knocked my side mirror and broke it off (it's held on by duct tape now) would a warrant place accept it like that, or would i be able to tak it off completely and get a warrant like that

should be right dude just leave the tape on im pretty sure it works you dont need a rear veiw mirror in the car but you need the drivers side view mirror

My previous car only came out with one side mirror . But it passed warrents fine.

I knocked the mirror part out of my passengers side mirror about 3 years ago, and have had the mirror held in by scotch tape in, has never fallen out, not even in car washes & it has never failed a warrant because of it.... I'm pretty sure if your car was made with both side mirrors, then both side mirrors must be functional...

you only need the inside rear vision mirror to pass a WOF unless you have tinted windows then you need both side mirrors aswell.

As long as you have one rear view mirror unobstructed that you can see clearly behind you with, it's legal.
