Mount'n engine on stand

Postby Voodoo » Mon Aug 09, 2004 8:03 pm

just picked up a engine stand so i can mount my spare 4agze on it for easy moving around garage, etc, anyway never worked with one before so was just wondering how to attach it, stand has four ajustable arms with holes to put bolts through i guess, so im thinking maybe u run bolts through the holes used to attach the gearbox to engine?
any info?

Cheers

Yeah, sounds right. But pull the adjustable arms and plate out of the stand. Ive seen somone try and put the engine on a stand by lifting the entire engine instead of doing it the easy way... 8O Any way, if you cant get it done, they make a good skate board to get around the garage :)
