hi just wondering if anyone knows which way Conrods are supposed to go on the pistons, which side does the oil hole on the rod go on.

oil hole as in oil squirter? the thrust side of the bore, should be able to work things out easily enough from there

Mine where numbered with arrows pointing towards the front of the engine... this may help.

probably doesn't help now, but i've always found that marking them in someway before removal from the engine helps

If its not a honda (i think they rotate anti clockwise?) The thrust side is on the left, looking at the front of the car, from the front.
