AE82 Suspension - and a new noise! :(

Postby RollaGT_87 » Fri Aug 20, 2004 1:19 am

Yeah, so pretty much every component of my suspension's shot due to seperate meetings with a curb and a wall  Don't spose any1 has an AE82 GT body sitting round with fully intact suspension that they want taken off their hands??? Also, took the GT for a spin b4 and by the time I got back there was a strange clunking sound coming from somewhere in the engine bay or thereabouts - only when rolling, but worse when accelerating or just after taking the foot off the gas pedal. CVs??? I'm not really sure what I've done :?

Hmm :? Engine Mount Eh?? That sounds difficult. I'll check it out later. Could be a goer though. I might go have a look at pick-a-part too, but I don't really trust the suspension to be all good on those cars. Could be a bit dodge. Worth a shot though.

Cheers.
