mounting a front mount intercooler

can anybody give me some advise on mounting
a vr4 intercooler into my GT Starlet. i have already
removed the air con radiator and pump aswell as all its piping 8)

Easy as. I made some brackets up out of alloy (bent into a sort of Z shape) and bolted them to the lower radiator support panel. Cut the centre support off just above half way down and bolt another bracket to this. From memory there is a centre bracket on a VR4 IC that sits about the right spot for this.
Cut your factory number plate backing out of the front bumper and off set the plate. Mesh for that "i've got a fancy front mount" look!
