ke70-w5*

Postby rollanut » Mon Aug 30, 2004 1:34 pm

im deciding wether a w5* series gearbox is gonna be possible to use in my ke70-4age transplant, i was originally goin to go with a t50 or k50 but im leaning towards the w5* rather than put in a t50 then realise when i want to go for more power that im just gonna have to rip it all out and go with the w5*, so id like to 'do it once and do it right'. so here are my questions: are any tunnel mods needed to fit the w5*?
What problems have ae86's with w5*'s had?

yea it fits mint you need the rear most positioned shifter geabox
the shifter is right at the back of the gearbox, and slot the gearbox mount or weld tabs onto it to suit www.freewebs.com/corolla_information
