Make an airbox around that pod.

Hi, the website you're after is http://www.6gc.net. There is a lot of info, pics, parts etc on the 6th gen Celica.

It is American based so some of the information won't be relevant since the US celicas either had a 1.8L engine (ST) or a 2.2L engine (GT) (like the NZ version - the GS). But there is still good info there and a lot of new members from the UK, Cyprus, NZ etc have joined the forums recently so info and help on the SSI/SSII/SSIII/GT-FOURs is on the increase.

See you there :D

You can also have a look at the exhaust manifold. There appears to be two different sizes fitted to the 3SGE motor. I don't know exact sizes I'm afraid, but if you have the smaller diameter manifold, an aftermarket one will certainly help.
Other than the airbox around the pod filter (get it done properly so you don't suck any hot air in) it really depends on your budget.
