Ep82's don't have a air flow meter they run a map sensor instead, so that is not your problem, if you had a boost leak then the turbo would just be working harder to overcome the leak. The fuel cut varies from car to car basically but anywhere between 12 & 14.5psi seems to be the norm with most cars cuttinga round 12-13psi.
Your miss, is hard to diagnose without seeing the car. But in saying that check the obvious, Base timing should be 10 Degrees, check the leads, including the coil lead(HT one), Are the plugs the right heat range & are they gapped correctly(toyota says 1.1mm which is approx 44thou, I would normally run less than this on a turbo car say 25-30thou or around 0.7mm). If that doesn't fix it then you either need to look at the fuel system e.g. pump/filer/injectors as if you have changed these the car will more than likely be running lean, if you have maybe you need to replace the filter, check injector/pump flows.
If none of the above works, then you'll be chasing something really odd & need to start looking for worn/damaged sensors. Cracked distributor cap that sort of stuff.
