setting the vvt like that is ok on a competition vehicle... or as mentiones just fit some solid adjustble pulleys.
what kind of strut brace have you got?? how is it crap?
Mr Revhead wrote:youll be wanting MORE compression then!
stick a 0.5 in it and run it on 98!

do some maths, always do maths! the first time you dont and take some ones word for it, mr piston will meet mr head or something equally nasty!
cosmo, thats CARL, not craig. he did the engine, and a bit of work on the car, car was built by palmside in chch. i was on the service crew for the nelson rally. didnt get to do any servicing though, it went pop on the first stage, rod through both sides of the block...
and thats the joys of a fully programmable ecu, depending on the model you can change anything, but you really need to know exactly what your doing
Mr Revhead wrote:no TRD dont do them anymore, nor does anyone else im aware of.
but doesnt the normal 4AGE pulleys fit on to the 20v inlet cam? if your doing away with the vvt then you wont need the vvt pulley
