KP60- changing stud pattern to 4x110? n do 215 50 13s fit?

Yeah hay, I got a 2 dr KP60, currently with 195 50 15s on standard S13 rims and lowered suspension, My mate has some mint 13 inch deep dish hotwires with a polished rim and yellow centres, with 215 50 13 brand new BFG tires. I can purchase these off him for $800 but they were off a 81 323 hatch.
So can I use KE20 struts and brakes in the front?? What about the rear end? Are these going to fit? as the car is quite low.
Would I be better off getting some modulars or somethin in 4x114 stud pattern???
Would I require bolt on flares or could the standard guards be flared?? Any help would be appreciated.
Also have one last question. Can chromed door handles and bumpers from a bugeye starlet be used on mine? coz they look better

u'll need flares with 215's dude, might get away with it at the rear, but the front is going to be differcult, and dont bother changing stud patterns, by the time u've bought the mags ($800, hell) u might as well hav waited for some 4x114 mags to turn up. I'm sure that they'll look mint on ya car (i got a starly as well, and yes they suit them hard out), but the cost to do it isnt worth it.
