Ive only ever done small pod's etc, never tried something as big as that. I'd suggest geting some scrap fittings from wrecker first, try it, see if your good at it and go from there.

never done a dash either, but painting is easy, do a search- been covered.
re-trimming the seats is also fairly easy IF youre handy on a sewing machine. Ive done several sets- its all a matter of making a good plan off the old material origionals

We deal wiv vinal and stuff at work (Dwights Canvas) and believe me if u don't know what ur doin its not a kewl job to try urself.
Shit really does hit the fan cos u need certain types of sewing machine becoz a standard sewing machine will shit itself all over the show tryin to get the thickness of the vinal through the pressure foot.
also u needa do a certain type of sewing if u want it to not look as shit as it wud if u sewed it normally.

Normal stitching will show all the lines etc and it doesn't look real amazing aye.
I can get the vinal pretty cheap through my work so its all good for sum1 like me to learn to do it but if u pay the standard price ur better off gettin sum1 who know what they are doin.
A guy i work wiv is doin the whole inside of his gt four like a light tan colour and from what hes done so far looks like it has alot of time involved.

Hope this helps you out sum what!

If ya did try it yourself, as above, either get/borrow a heavy duty machine, or an older manual unit with variable stitch control. Normal sewing machines shizz themselves pretty easy
