1st to 2nd rough

someoen mentioned that my rubber cusion for the diff might be worn out and a erethane solid cushion shoudl replace it

but i need to be sure at least quite sure of wha the probm is

basically, if i tak eoff on 1st gear, and change about 6-7rpm to second, the gear change is not very smooth, its almost the car knocks or struggles to change but then after its engaged, theres no problem, it accelerates just as hard as it ever did. no problem to 3, 4 5, just 1st to 2nd

would this be the diff thing, cos in theoryit could be knocked due to the ruber thing being worn, but could be other things?

Could always of course be the synchro. What oil is it running and when was it last changed?

the oil i runf or diff and gear box, i followed your guys advice here when i did, less than 15 thousand ks when ichanged it and i havent taken it to the treack or anythign when id id change it, put redline synthetic oil in it, if i remember fith i put in an NS spec, 75w-90ns

so id otn thinkt hats the problem
i mean it goes in gear totally fine, and it doesnt seemt o slow it down that much, its just not as smooth, well lets put it this way

when i got my car, it has done 85ks and the clutch blew, toyotal replaced it fully with a brand new one, and this is when i started noticing it
