Postby dubious » Tue Sep 28, 2004 5:21 pm

hey

has anyone ever supercharged a silvertop?

prob not on most peoples list of mod's, but i was just wondering if it was possiable? rather than buying a gze or strengthing the s/top for a turbo?

if so a list of parts used and mods would be great.

thanks in advance

S/C will require as much mods as turbo as they develop there boost right in the detonation zone 2-3000rpm

i turbo charged a 20v silver top but ide reccomend just using a 16v s/c engine not worth all the f*cking around for 4 valves
project scapping fozza!!

well the easiest way would be to just bolt it on and run it all the time, making the manifolds and bypasses work could be a pain
youll need to make custom manifolds and mounts. also need a tunable ecu.
prob best to fit gze pistons to the 20v and turbo it.
