Gearbox vibration???

Hi people,
I got an annoying problem with my rola.

Its an AE82 fxgt, auto, seems to vibrate alot when i stop at the lights.

I,m guessing its something to do with the gearbox, engine mount maybe? or is the trans getting a bit tired. It only happens when its in drive and stationary sometimes depending on the slope of the road its ok.

Idle in neutral is smooth as.

Any suggestions

its a common prob with old cars, just the cars stationary momentum is too much restriction,

maybe try screwing the idle up a tad, see if it changes it

Tried it, didn't do much.

As I was adjusting it i noticed that the rear engine mount was fugged
