K40 Shifter onto K50?

Postby liftback » Sun Oct 10, 2004 12:53 pm

Ive got a K50 to go into my 20, but it doesnt have a shifter. Will the K40 one work on it?

Also is there a way to remove the circlip that holds the shifter in place without using circlip pliers? (I dont have circlip pliers)

Cheers

just use some screw drivers and few swear words :P usually gets it out, it should fit in, but im not quite sure, if its like the rest of the 'K' series parts, it will fit in.

Yeah starlet. Hmm seems strange that it wouldnt work... I'll try it anyways, just in case. If not i'll have to wait for the guy that sold me the box to find one.
