This is probably something you've heard before but, will AE101 4AGZE LSD driveshafts go into an AE92 with the AE101 gearbox?
If not will AE92 4AGZE driveshafts go into the AE101 gearbox?
any information concerning these questions will be great.

The AE101 gearbox is LSD not a standard box.
I know the mounts are all the same just want to know what driveshafts i can use.

The definitive answer is:

"No"

The 4AGZE axles use a entirely different spline setup on the gearbox side of the axles, the only 1600cc boxes they'll go into are 4AGZE ones.

hmm a little confusing how you worded your question cam,
gtz axles will only fit gtz boxes, they wont fit non s/c boxes.
non lsd ones are slightly longer than lsd ones, they fit but you have to shorten the spline end. dont know how much though
i think ae92 and ae101 gtz ones are different lengths

Let me explain what i have and what i want to do:
I have an LSD gearbox and driveshafts from an AE101 4AGZE.
I want to put them in my AE92 Corolla FX-GT along with my engine that i am building.
1. Will the shafts fit?
2. Will AE92 4AGZE LSD driveshafts fit into the LSD gearbox that i have?]

The left hand drive shaft the shorter one that i got (AE101 GZE) doesn't have an outer CV. I have searched around a small bit, and found that you can't buy CV's for them, you have to buy the complete driveshaft, genuine is $946 ex japan.
Would New Zealand CV's be able to help me out with this problem? If the shafts will fit of course.
