what are the stats for a t28 off a GTIR ?

what effect does dual ball bearing have ?

how is it different to a t28 off a S15 ?

S15 T28 is basically a GT28R, with slightly modified exhaust wheel, which is a dual ball bearing. Dual ball bearing will spool up about 40% quicker than an equivelent bushed T28, which is what the GTiR one is. Downside is that if the bearing dies, it's a new core or turbo, whereas bushed ones can be easily rebuilt. I think the GTiR T28 has the largest compressor cover available for a T28(from garrett), but I could be wrong on that.
Should both bolt onto an SR20DET manifold, but you may need to alter water & oil lines
