AFAIK the vpc is no longer sold

i think a map based replacement should include some way of adjusting the timing for saftey.

any way teh power fc for the gen 2 would work, but for teh cost you could get a link, then why not spend a bit more and get a motec

Link do ( or did ) a MAPlink or something that was to replace the afm's.

It is actually quite tuneable and gives you control over you fueling only.

Definatly worth looking into.

link no longer make the map link, have not made them in years

best way to remove that afm is 2 do a gen 3 engine transplant :D wont require tuning either.

I hate my AFM because it’s big and in the way and is stopping me from having straight through induction piping. Also my intake piping is ~3" and the AFM is about 1/3 the area and that pisses me off.

You just have to learn to love the gen2. People who change their lights to are just try hard fan boys! Embrace gen2 power!

would recomend the pfc over a link.

Apexi / AP dont make pfc for gen 2, however a gen 3 one can be modified to run gen 2... which is the setup im using.. this will eliminate afm.
