Has anyone removed the pulley wheel's cover on the 3SGTE so as the wheels can be seen & easily adjusted, like in the Mitsi motors?

You can, it's only 4 bolts but wouldn't you just set it and leave it alone?
The problem with Celicas is that the intake camshaft is back against the firewall because of the engine being on an angle making it hard to get at.
