Hi Chris
Come round over the Christmas break and have a chat about it. Sometime in the next few months I'll be pulling the 20v out and replacing it with another shortblock. Should only take about 2 hours to get the old motor out through the bottom. Then its just change the boxes over and stick it all back in. You could do it yourself easily with jacks and axle stands. Hardest part from what I remember is getting the axle bolts undone. The rest is just time undoing things then doing them up again.
