Mr2 powersteering pump info?

Postby eg9civic » Sat Dec 25, 2004 10:55 pm

Hey, from what i understand / have been told, mr2s use an electric powersteering pump. By any slim chance has anyone got any further info on these - interms of flow rates / current draw if possible, or even just the diameter of inlet/outlet and approx pressures? Im absolutly intrigued by the idea of an electric powersteering pump, figuring that if i cant get an mr2 one i could look at using some other sort of simular pump.

Any specs on these crazy ass pumps would be much appreciated, or even a mear picture of one? :D
cheers, any help would be wicked :)

I know the stock car boys love these things ... not having to replace PS pumps all the time. They are hard to get now tho, aren't they?
