I'm here cos I'm dumb and need much help when I try to do something car related.

I've cut down the useless spamming as well (although I can't always help myself) things have gotten out of control, The Mods seem to just ignore too much of the crap lately, maybe they feel they're fighting a losing battle?

I for one think it's time we made a concerted effort to clean up the forums. Get rid of hate posts, think twice about how an error is brought to attention (got PM? or tact?) and generally be much nicer to eachother. Mods need to kill and delete pathetic "I broke my weiner" posts (I mean, ffs how can that be alright?) as soon as they are made with warnings sent. If people get shirty it's probably because they're operating under a false sense of importance and they need to get over themselves or bugger off to vietnam like the overly self important Yanks did.

I'm real tired and I'm prolly not making sense but... yeah.

Get a rotary.. au.

I understand what you mean. As a (fairly) new poster I see a lot of people searching for the chance to make a flame war by dissing people's intelligence. Insted of intelligent conversation and debate about a topic, we get personal insults when someone disagrees. Some people need to get their act togeter and discuss and debate rather than insult.

exactly!!
diff people have diff opinions... and diff experiences with things...
constructive criticism is all good.... it tends to help people...
as opposed to people just criticising ppl when they dont know something

Exactly. I think that "I disagree.... I was told that" or "I know that...." is a lot better than "You are a retard." The only problem now is how do we get certain people to read this thread.

Motorsport is like sex. You could take it to track and have a long, enjoyable session, or you could take it to the strip and get it over with in less than 20 seconds.
